I am a Certified Kettlebell Trainer, competitor in rope climbing and olympic weightlifting. I am also the owner of a strength gymnasium, that looks like the old turner halls of the early 1900's. It is located in Thomasroith (Austria/Europe). I am further the co-founder of the strength & health podcast network www.power-quest.cc. My main job is as a sports journalist for a big austrian newspaper. Back in the days, many of the strongest athletes on earth had little or no equipment. My main focus is to train people nowadays, that want big results with low-budget-training.
