Zach Even - Esh is the founder of Underground Strength Coach, LLC and the owner

of The Underground Strength Gym in Edison, NJ.

After years of hardcore bodybuilding, in the trenches and competitive

wrestling, Zach sustained many injuries which eventually sidelined him

from training.

Through this time Zach aggressively studied the training methods

of the Eastern European countries and begin mixing these methods

with bare bones, minimum, NO B.S. training.

The mixture became what many were dubbing "Underground", and so it began.
