Every weekend I visited a different gym for a little change of scenery. One weekend, the young kid behind the front desk (who was also a college wrestler) asked how I got so strong and big. His Jaw Dropped and He Looked At Me With Utter Shock And Amazement I said to the young wrestler, “I train at home in my garage using only a 300 lb. barbell, calisthenics and a pair of 50 and 100 lb. dumbbells.” Those freezing cold garage workouts allowed me to make gains in strength and size faster than any time spent I’ve ever spent in the gym.
